2. Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
6. 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
7. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
9. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
10. Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.

۱. منتخب امیدوار کو کنٹریکٹ کی بنیاد پر بھرتی کیا جائے گا، جس میں ۶ ماہ کی آزمائشی مدت (پروبیشن پیریڈ) ہوگی (جس میں ضرورت پڑنے پر توسیع کی جا سکتی ہے)۔
۲. انتظامیہ کسی بھی مرحلے پر بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے بھرتی کے عمل کو روکنے/منسوخ کرنے اور کسی بھی درخواست کو قبول/مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
۳. ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو بلایا جائے گا۔
۴. غلط معلومات فراہم کرنے کی صورت میں امیدوار کو نااہل قرار دے دیا جائے گا۔
۵. سرکاری/نیم سرکاری محکموں میں کام کرنے والے ملازمین کو درخواست جمع کرواتے وقت این او سی (NOC) فراہم کرنا/منسلک کرنا لازمی ہے۔
۶. عمر کی بالائی حد میں ۵ سال کی رعایت پہلے ہی شامل کر دی گئی ہے۔
۷. منتخب امیدوار کو میڈیکل فٹنس اور کیریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوں گے۔
۸. کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے (سفری اخراجات) نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
۹. انٹرویو کے وقت ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) یا متعلقہ ریگولیٹری اداروں سے تصدیق شدہ ڈگریاں فراہم کرنا لازمی ہیں۔
۱۰. خواتین، اقلیتوں، خواجہ سراؤں اور معذور افراد کو درخواست دینے کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے۔
